Everytime i think i've seen it all on this board- i log back in and get another dose of idiocy.

The idea that every house should have a gun. Seriously that is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of in my life. I'm sure we'd be a lot safer if every moron in the country had a gun.

not trying to start a fuss but what gives anyone the right to say anything about smokless tobacco. i dip every day and it never comes in contact with anyone else like smoking does. smoking smells and is bad for the people around it. but dipping is only hurting me not anyone else i dont spit in a bottle and make anyone drink it all i do is spit and then throw it away i dont even leave those little butts on the ground my dries up and blows away in the wind. u cant tell me i cant dip it my god given right to do it if i want to.

I have seen a many of people toss their dip on the ground or their chaw and people come along and step in it, people throw it in urinals, sinks and waterfountains. It may not be the same as second hand smoke, but still many kids think it is harmless and then holes appear in their mouths.

I don't use tobacco products, but i don't feel there should be an outright ban on them. It's your body so it should be your choice. I do however like tougher smoking in public laws. I see no reason why smoking should be allowed in public buildings. I hate smoke mainly because i wear contacts and it dries out my eyes. I also dislike that wonderful smell it gives your clothes. And of course secondhand smoke does cause cancer. But smokeless tobacco is different- the only person being harmed is the person doing it. It's their choice to make.

true but stepping in it is not harming u it aint going to jump up and bite u in the arse or anythin. and throwing it in the john thats the best way to get rid of it. i apologize for all the people that throw their tobacco on the ground i 4 one dont do that and i flush my or wash it down the sink thats the best way no mess no fuss.

I can understand a ban on smoking in a public setting but to outlaw or whatever is crazy. Smoking and/or dipping is not the only thing that causes cancer. Now neither doesn't bother me and I don't do either. What I don't understand is some people want to make weed legal, but want to ban tobacco. That makes alot of sense. you can only be on medicare, or other state funded organizations. for a certain amount of time. Ex. (36 monthes).
